Is every piece one-of-a-kind?

Every piece in the collection is made to order. Because of the organic, imperfect texture of our jewellery and the nature of the making process, every piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Each piece will have slight variations. The style shown in product photographs will be replicated but may have some slight differences. Our photographs are a good representation of what our pieces look like but there may be slight differences in colour and texture.

Can you make a piece of jewellery in different metals?

All of the pieces in our collection are made from 100% recycled sterling silver. Every piece is made to order, so we can make all of our pieces in 9ct and 18ct yellow gold, 9ct and 18ct white gold, and platinum. We only use 100% recycled metal. We do not list prices for every variation so please contact us for a quote. We only make jewellery from solid metal and our jewellery is never plated.

When should I expect my order?

We aim to have a turnaround of 4-6 weeks as each piece is made to order, however this can depend on how busy we are. Gold and platinum jewellery may take longer because it is sent to the London assay office for hallmarking. If you need your order by a certain date please get in touch at info@catrionajewellery.com and we will try our best to get it to you.

Can you customise a piece of jewellery?

RESIZING

  • Due to the nature of the making process and the unique texture of our collection we cannot guarantee your ring can be resized. Please make sure you have got the correct ring size before ordering.

REPAIRS

  • We want your jewellery to last generations so please get in touch if your piece has broken. If it is due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll do all we can to rectify this. If you have accidentally damaged your jewellery, get in touch for a quote to repair.

RETURNS

  • We currently only accept returns if an item is faulty or if a ring is the incorrect size.

  • If the size of your ring is incorrect please send us an email and we can arrange an exchange. Rings are made to order so we will be making the ring again in your size so please allow time for this. We will only exchange a ring once if it is the incorrect size. Please make sure you have the correct ring size when ordering.

  • Please return jewellery to us within 14 days to arrange an exchange.

  • We will only accept exchanges if jewellery is unworn and in its original packaging.

  • We do not currently accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

SHIPPING

  • Postage is free on all UK orders and will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will require a signature. Special delivery is trackable, fully insured and guaranteed before 1pm the day after the despatch date.

  • Please get in touch for a quote for international shipping.
